Customer Service Representative
Full Time, Mon -Fri 8a- 4:30p; $24/hour
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders
- Review of customer purchase orders and contracts
- Follow up on discrepancies
- Follow up on customer order and status
- Manage document control of production/customer related documents
- Place purchase orders with vendors
- Assist with procurement of supplies
- Assist with processing customer invoice
Skills/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years’ experience in customer service or related position
- Computer skills, good math skills and MS Office experience required
