Maintenance Utility Person- Openings available for 1st and 2nd shift!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift: 6am-2:30 pm; 2nd shift: 2pm-10 pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleanup of buildings and properties, includes, interior areas, breakrooms, offices, restrooms, production areas, and exterior portions of the facility.
- Maintain building(s) and property in a clean and orderly condition.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance for equipment used in mowing and trimming
- Support and maintain a clean and organized work center
- Restock necessary supplies required to perform duties and tasks assigned
- Perform various cleaning actions such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents
- Must be able to paint using proper PPE and familiar with types of paint for proper applications
- Properly clean and prep areas inside or outside of buildings requiring painting
- Keep company grounds clear of debris, trash, branches, leaves
- Keep main walkways and aisles clear and clean from debris and/or trash
- Ability to read and understand product safety data sheets and ensure that all safety precautions are followed when using cleaning products or other chemicals
