Repair Technician | Middletown, CT
Are you experienced with electric motors, servo motors, or industrial automation equipment? We’re looking for a skilled Repair Technician to join a well-established company. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, electrical testing experience, and the ability to work with precision — this is a solid opportunity to grow your career in a technical environment.
Location:
Middletown – easily accessible from Meriden, Hartford, Berlin, Newington, and New Britain
Pay:
$20/hr or more, depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Enjoy consistent, full-time hours with weekends off.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Test and evaluate electric and servo motors, including feedback devices
- Use oscilloscopes, manufacturer-specific software, amplifiers, and drives
- Perform precise diagnostics and document test results
- Utilize basic and specialized hand tools required for motor repair
- Work independently and collaborate with the team to meet production goals
What You Bring to the Role:
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with electric or servo motors
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems is a strong plus
- Ability to read technical documentation and follow detailed procedures
- Solid troubleshooting and electrical testing skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
