Job Full Description

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling & Invoicing Coordinator to join our client’s growing team. This key role supports operations by managing scheduling workflows, tracking invoices and purchase orders, and ensuring billing accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage invoices, purchase orders, and inventory levels
  • Match invoices with contracts or quotes to ensure billing accuracy and prevent overcharges
  • Maintain up-to-date scheduling dashboards and calendars
  • Generate and process invoices promptly and accurately
  • Identify procedural inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Resolve billing discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records
  • Support documentation of scheduling processes and administrative workflows
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and financial accuracy
  • Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable/payable, or finance roles
  • Experience in scheduling and tracking process orders
  • Familiarity with vendor and customer billing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related software
