Job Full Description
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling & Invoicing Coordinator to join our client’s growing team. This key role supports operations by managing scheduling workflows, tracking invoices and purchase orders, and ensuring billing accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Track and manage invoices, purchase orders, and inventory levels
- Match invoices with contracts or quotes to ensure billing accuracy and prevent overcharges
- Maintain up-to-date scheduling dashboards and calendars
- Generate and process invoices promptly and accurately
- Identify procedural inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Resolve billing discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records
- Support documentation of scheduling processes and administrative workflows
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and financial accuracy
- Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable/payable, or finance roles
- Experience in scheduling and tracking process orders
- Familiarity with vendor and customer billing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related software
