Job Full Description
We are seeking a Quality Inspector – 1st shift to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet quality standards and company requirements.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy, and communication!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Job Responsibilities:

Perform visual and manual inspections of products and components

Document inspection results and report quality issues to supervisors

Use measuring tools and inspection equipment as needed

Work closely with team members to maintain workflow and quality standards

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Assist in continuous improvement activities and team meetings
Qualifications/Experience:
-
Previous manufacturing experience required (quality inspection experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred to support team communication
