Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager for a Manufacturing Company
This role combines hands-on accounting responsibilities with general office and administrative management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform collections and manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P)
- Maintain and manage inventory accounting
- Prepare bank reconciliations and financial statements
- Record accruals and adjusting journal entries
- Conduct month-end and year-end reconciliations
- Perform detailed account analysis and general ledger maintenance
- Support the financial reporting process and ensure accuracy in all financial records
- Support leadership with administrative tasks, including HR and payroll assistance
- Answer phone calls and handle general office inquiries
- Maintain file management systems
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Assist in supporting team members as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience in accounting and office management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience working with a manufacturing company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with payroll and HR a plus
- Ability to multitask across a range of financial and office duties
