Job Full Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager for a Manufacturing Company

This role combines hands-on accounting responsibilities with general office and administrative management.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform collections and manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P)
  • Maintain and manage inventory accounting
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and financial statements
  • Record accruals and adjusting journal entries
  • Conduct month-end and year-end reconciliations
  • Perform detailed account analysis and general ledger maintenance
  • Support the financial reporting process and ensure accuracy in all financial records
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks, including HR and payroll assistance
  • Answer phone calls and handle general office inquiries
  • Maintain file management systems
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Assist in supporting team members as needed

 Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience in accounting and office management
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience working with a manufacturing company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with payroll and HR a plus
  • Ability to multitask across a range of financial and office duties
