Pay: $65,000-80,000

Job Full Description

We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager to lead our day-to-day financial operations. This role requires a hands-on professional with deep experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R) and general ledger
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Maintain accurate journal entries and ensure proper application of debits and credits
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
  • Prepare journal entries, account analysis and account reconciliations
  • Review and prepare financial statements
  • Prepare sales reports and financial reports as needed
  • Maintain and update financial records
  • Support the financial reporting process and ensure accuracy in all financial records
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks, including HR and payroll assistance
  • Answer phone calls and handle general office inquiries
  • Maintain file management systems
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience in Accounting/Full Charge Bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Experience working with a manufacturing company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with payroll and HR a plus
  • Ability to multitask across a range of financial and office duties
