Quality Inspector
Location: Glastonbury, CT
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm
Pay rate: $18-20/hr
Responsibilities:
- Inspect parts and materials for defects or nonconformance
- Use basic measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers)
- Read and follow work instructions and quality standards
- Document inspection results accurately
- Identify and report quality issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Manufacturing or inspection experience is required
