We are hiring Production Associates for a hands-on manufacturing role focused on completing cable assemblies. This position involves assembling, inspecting, and preparing cable products according to company standards. - Monday - Friday, 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm
- New Britain, CT
- $17.50/hr
Responsibilities
- Assemble cable components and wiring according to instructions
- Cut, strip, and crimp wires as required
- Follow diagrams and work orders
- Inspect finished cable assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet daily production goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred
