What You’ll Do
- Polish, buff, grind, sand, and finish metal parts to meet specifications
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections for a clean finish
- Operate hand tools, air tools, grinders, sanding equipment, and polishing machines
- Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Read and follow work orders, finishing instructions, and basic blueprints
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in metal finishing, polishing, grinding, fabrication, or manufacturing preferred
- Comfortable using power tools, grinders, and polishing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
