We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associates to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring efficiency across departments by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
Location: New Britain and East Hartford areas
Pay rate: $18-25/hr, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to staff and management
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintain and organize files, records, and office documents
- Perform data entry and assist with reports and documentation
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist with special projects and office coordination tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with office management or administrative systems
- Familiarity with scheduling tools or CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
