Pay: $22/hour+ (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Inside Technician to support daily shop operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the automotive or tire industry. Training will be provided, but candidates should have some basic familiarity with tires or vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tire mounting, balancing, and repairs
- Support technicians with shop workflow and daily operations
- Inspect tires and identify wear or damage
- Maintain inventory and keep the shop organized
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and properly
- Follow company safety standards and procedures
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge or exposure to tires or automotive work preferred
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
