We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our growing production team in Meriden, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes and enjoys hands-on, skilled work in an industrial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming materials
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and specifications are met
- Mix paints and coatings according to required formulas and standards
- Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, clean condition
- Follow all safety procedures related to chemicals, respirators, and equipment use
- Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous industrial painting experience preferred
- Experience with spray painting equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to follow instructions and technical specifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
