We’re hiring a Warehouse Order Selector (order selecting experience required) to join a fast-paced distribution team in Wallingford. This is a high-energy role where speed, accuracy, and consistency directly impact how much you earn.

Pay & Location:
- $18/hr + commission-based incentives (your performance drives your pay)
- Wallingford, CT
Schedule:
- Sunday: 1:00 PM until completion
- Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM until completion
- Overtime available based on workload
What You’ll Do:
- Pick and complete customer orders quickly and accurately
- Operate electric pallet jacks in a fast-paced warehouse
- Build and stage pallets using voice pick technology
- Work in freezer, cooler, and dry storage areas
- Maintain safety, speed, and quality standards
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior order selecting experience required
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 15–55 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working on your feet for long shifts
- Reliable and willing to work overtime when needed
