Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift
Norwich, CT
Pay: $24.00-$27.00/hour
Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
English/Spanish Bilingual Preferred

A growing food manufacturing company in Norwich, CT is looking for a 3rd Shift Supervisor to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support employees, maintain safety and quality standards, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of employees on 3rd shift.
- Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met.
- Train employees on procedures, safety practices, and proper equipment/material handling.
- Maintain records, inventory, and required documentation.
- Partner with Quality and Production teams to resolve issues.
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Manufacturing, food production, or sanitation experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
