Machine Operator | Evaluation-to-Hire
Locations: Centerbrook & Clinton, CT
Starting Pay: $17.50/hour
2nd Shift: $19.00/hour including shift differential
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:50 PM – 12:20 AM

What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Load materials and keep equipment running efficiently
- Learn additional machine lines and expand your skills
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
- Identify and report equipment or production issues
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience required
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn multiple machines and production lines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Safety-minded and quality-focused
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment
