Location: Windsor Locks, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shifts: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 12:30 AM–8:00 AM
Pay: $20–$22/hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

Operate & Monitor Industrial Furnaces

  • Load and unload metal components and materials
  • Operate and monitor industrial heat-treating furnaces
  • Monitor temperatures, cycle times, and processing conditions
  • Make sure equipment and processes remain within established requirements
  • Identify and report equipment or process concerns

Follow Production Specifications

  • Work from orders, procedures, and detailed process specifications
  • Ensure components are processed according to established requirements
  • Follow established operating procedures and safety protocols
  • Use required PPE and maintain a safe work environment

Inspect & Document Results

  • Perform basic quality checks on processed materials
  • Accurately record temperatures, cycle times, production information, and traceability data
  • Verify documentation is complete and accurate
  • Help ensure processed components meet established quality requirements
