Location: Tolland, CT
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day

Bringing Blueprints to Life: Dive into engineering drawings to build precision mechanical and electrical subassemblies from the ground up.

Wiring & Crafting: Harness your inner maker by custom-building wire harnesses, cables, and detailed component setups.

Programming & Testing: Get under the hood—program EPROMs/PLDs, run pre-calibrations, and conduct leak tests to make sure every unit is rock solid before it ships.

Problem Solving & Improving: Keep tabs on your builds with quick paperwork, update instrument models, and share your ideas on how we can level up our assembly process.
What You Bring to the Workbench

Schematic Savvy: You can read simple mechanical drawings and electrical schematics like a map.

Soldering Skill: You’ve got steady hands and solid soldering experience that results in clean, reliable connections every time.
