Quality Inspector I | 1st Shift, Mon–Fri | Pay DOE

In this role, you’ll inspect materials and products using gauges, scales, and other measuring tools, flag anything that doesn’t meet spec, and keep accurate records, all on a Monday–Friday day shift that keeps your evenings and weekends free. Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials and products visually and with gauges, scales, and other measuring tools, following work instructions.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming parts or material.
- Complete inspection documentation and enter results into the company database.
- Perform final inspections to reconcile outgoing shipments.
- Help identify the causes of non-conformance when issues come up.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and write English and do basic math.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, and the ability to learn measuring tools like tape measures, scales, and gauges.
- Preferred: QA-related college courses or certificates, experience with measuring instruments, and prior quality inspection experience.
