Direct Hire Opportunity for an Inside Sales Manager
We are looking for a talented, motivated and competitive Sales Manager with experience working for an electronics distributor that is eager to join a fast-growing company in a very fast-paced market.
An enthusiastic Sales Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition, revenue growth objectives and company growth objectives. You must be comfortable leading and overseeing a sales team, developing sales strategies, setting goals, coaching sales representatives, analyzing performance data, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Expectations:
The expectations for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
• Conducting Sales Meetings – Discussing targets, strategies and progress with the team to ensure everyone is aligned and focused.
• Training and Development – Provide training sessions and/or coaching sessions to the sales team to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Sales – selling product – which includes lead generation and deal closing
• Develop client base and client relationships
• Set priorities and goals
- This is a full-time Salaried position with commission
- Work hours are 8:30-5:30 with an hour for lunch
