Job Full Description
We are a well-established company in Clearwater seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a key role responsible for managing all aspects of our accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using industry-specific accounting software
- Process vendor invoices, validate expenses, and ensure timely payments
- Review and manage purchase orders; place orders for materials and supplies
- Generate and process sales invoices, manage collections, and apply payments
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely transactions
- Process payroll accurately and in compliance with regulations
- Maintain up-to-date insurance certificates for all contractors and 1099 personnel
- Job cost expenses to individual jobs to track gross margins
- Prepare monthly commission statements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar accounting role (required)
- Employment Longevity and excellent references required to be considered for this role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including debits and credits
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with multiple Accounting software programs and payroll processing and compliance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Range: $28–$32 per hour (based on experience)
