Location: Clearwater, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 30-Minute Lunch

We’re hiring a dependable and hardworking Outdoor Maintenance Technician with experience using a residential pressure washer. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in property appearance, and is physically fit to work in the Florida heat.
Job Responsibilities:

Operate a residential pressure washer to clean outdoor surfaces

Perform general groundskeeping duties, including pulling weeds, planting flowers, and removing trash

Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and landscaping

Work in outdoor weather conditions, including high heat and humidity

Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs

Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained outdoor environment
Requirements:

Must have experience using a residential pressure washer and know how to operate it safely

Comfortable working outdoors for long periods in heat and changing weather

Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, bending, standing, and performing manual labor
