Location: Pinellas County, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time
Pay: $20–$24/hr (Based on Experience)

A well-established company in Pinellas County is seeking a full-time Permit Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in permit processing, administrative support, and data entry.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and submitting permit applications for multiple counties across Florida while also supporting general office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Submit and manage permit applications for various Florida counties

Work with city and county building departments to obtain permit approvals

Track status of active permits and follow up as needed

Provide administrative support, including filing, email correspondence, and document prep

Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and CRM software

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Qualifications:

Previous experience in permit coordination or permitting processes preferred

Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow up independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
