Location: Clearwater Office

Compensation: $52,000 Annually

A growing insurance agency is currently seeking two (2) Licensed Insurance Representatives to join our dynamic team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong customer service and office skills who are looking to launch or grow a career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell home insurance policies to qualified homeowners

  • Build and maintain client relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Deliver excellent customer service and policy support

  • Utilize provided leads and marketing materials to drive new business

  • Follow all compliance standards and state insurance regulations


Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a Florida 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license before your start date

  • Clean criminal background required for state licensing

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and professionalism in all client interactions

  • Proficient in general office software and administrative tasks
