Experienced Service Repair Technician – 1st Shift | $25/hr + Benefits
Location: Clearwater, FL
Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Permanent
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Other hours as needed for global support)
Pay: $25.00/hour

We are currently seeking a qualified Service Repair Technician to join a dynamic team working with cutting-edge robotic reinstatement cutters and OEM equipment worldwide.
Position Overview
The Service Repair Technician will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of advanced robotic cutters and various OEM machinery. This role requires collaboration with installers, vendors, and OEM manufacturers globally to deliver superior technical support and product solutions. You will manage multiple projects, maintain inventory, and ensure high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions

Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on robotic reinstatement cutters and OEM equipment

Manage multiple repair and service projects simultaneously, prioritizing to meet deadlines and customer expectations

Update and communicate repair statuses, equipment builds, and project progress internally and with customers

Support inventory control through Kanban system management to maintain spare parts and customer order fulfillment

Negotiate and communicate effectively with vendors and OEM suppliers
-
Control change management processes to maintain product and project consistency

Prepare, maintain, and document all project/product records throughout their lifecycle

Conduct pre-shipment quality verification to uphold high product standards
-
Organize and maintain spare parts inventory and a safe, efficient workspace
-
Adapt schedule as needed to support customers and vendors in multiple time zones
Minimum Qualifications & Skills

Mechanical and Electrical Certifications or equivalent hands-on experience

Associate degree or vocational training preferred

Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong project management abilities and experience prioritizing multiple tasks

Aptitude for troubleshooting and quickly resolving technical issues

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Change agility and willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements
Schedule & Compensation
