Office Coordinator - Full Time | Tarpon Springs, FL | $18-$22/hr

Company Overview:
Join our growing team in Tarpon Springs, FL! We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to support our front office operations and help streamline daily administrative tasks. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally and efficiently

  • Utilize CRM software (JobNimbus experience preferred, but training provided) for tracking and documentation

  • Prepare paperwork and documentation necessary for permit applications

  • Accurately document and process payments received in the office

  • Perform general front office duties including use of Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat

  • Experience with CRM systems; JobNimbus knowledge a strong plus, but training is available

  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Attention to detail in paperwork and payment documentation

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break

Compensation & Schedule:

  • $18 to $22 per hour, commensurate with experience

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday

  • Temp to hire
