Join our growing team in Tarpon Springs, FL! We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to support our front office operations and help streamline daily administrative tasks. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally and efficiently

Utilize CRM software (JobNimbus experience preferred, but training provided) for tracking and documentation

Prepare paperwork and documentation necessary for permit applications

Accurately document and process payments received in the office

Perform general front office duties including use of Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word
Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat

Experience with CRM systems; JobNimbus knowledge a strong plus, but training is available

Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

Attention to detail in paperwork and payment documentation

Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
Compensation & Schedule:

$18 to $22 per hour, commensurate with experience

Full-time position, Monday through Friday
