Job Full Description
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator/Office Manager to join our team!
Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Description:

Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

Prepare offer letters and new-hire documentation; manage onboarding and orientation processes.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements (I-9s, W-4s, HRIS data updates).

Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and coordination of open enrollment.

Partner with payroll providers to process updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate employee data.

Act as a resource for employees regarding policies, benefits, and general HR procedures.

Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and company-wide communications.
Office Management
-
Oversee daily office operations, including supply management and mail handling.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace; liaise with building management and service vendors as needed.

Support scheduling for meetings, conference rooms, and company events.

Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, invoice processing, and general administrative tasks.

Plan and coordinate internal events, celebrations, team meetings, and cultural initiatives.
Cross-Functional Support

Collaborate with IT to support onboarding equipment, system access, and workspace setup.

Provide administrative assistance to executives, including scheduling and communications support.

Contribute to a positive, organized, and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
-
1–3 years of experience in HR, with additional background in office management and administrative support.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

High attention to detail and strong commitment to confidentiality.

Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP preferred), payroll processes, and core HR functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.

Basic experience with AI tools preferred.
