We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent service
- Check and distribute mail daily
- Create and manage invoices
- Check parts in and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates and payments
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Customer service experience required; sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Hours:
Full-time, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
