About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Level 4 Drywall Technician to complete a special project. We are in the process of replacing / repairing damaged pipes. Once the pipes are repaired / replaced then the Drywall will need to be replaced. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who can deliver high-quality drywall finishing with minimal supervision. The Level 4 Technician is responsible for producing smooth, paint-ready surfaces that meet industry standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform all phases of drywall finishing, including taping, mudding, skim coating, sanding, and touch-ups.
• Apply Level 4 finish standards according to ASTM C840 and GA-214 guidelines.
• Inspect drywall installations for defects and ensure surfaces are properly prepared for finishing.
• Mix, apply, and smooth joint compound using hand tools and automatic taping tools.
• Repair dents, cracks, holes, and surface imperfections.
• Work with project managers, carpenters, and painters to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and quality at all times.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and jobsite protocols.
