Job Full Description
Shipping & Receiving Specialist
We’re looking for a reliable Shipping & Receiving Specialist to verify, process, and track all incoming and outgoing products. This role supports daily warehouse operations, maintains accurate inventory, and ensures every order is packed, labeled, and shipped correctly.
FedEx and Sage experience is preferred!!
First Shift 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (4- 10's)
$19.00-20.00/HR
Steel toed boots required or composite shoes.
Forklift experience.
What You’ll Do

Generate shipping documents, labels, weights, and dimensions

Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory data
-
Receive, inspect, and put away goods; report discrepancies or damage

Pack outbound orders and verify accuracy before shipment

Obtain freight quotes when needed
-
Use FedEx, SAGE, and inventory systems
-
Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
-
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts
-
Sort, store, and move materials according to procedures

Load/unload trucks safely
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Support stockroom functions: issuing supplies, filling requisitions, and restocking
What You Bring
-
High school diploma or GED
-
2+ years in manufacturing, logistics, or shipping/receiving

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Clear communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and follow procedures
-
Basic understanding of supply chain and inventory flow
-
Flexibility to work nights or weekends when needed

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
