Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Job Summary
Seeking a dependable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for Clearwater office. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet visitors and assist customers with general inquiries
- Provide basic customer service support and route questions appropriately
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for basic office tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
- Assist office staff with clerical support as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
- Prior receptionist or office experience is a plus
