Production Shift Lead (Light Manufacturing)

We are seeking a Production Shift Lead to support daily operations in our light manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient production by leading team members, overseeing a liquid filling line, maintaining product quality, upholding safety standards, and keeping production on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and coordinating the production team to meet daily output goals
• Operate and oversee a light liquid filling line, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor product quality and compliance with established standards
• Support and reinforce safety procedures and best practices
• Review team schedules and communicate staffing or coverage needs due to absences, illness, or vacation
• Participate in daily production meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities
• Provide clear, respectful direction and guidance to team members

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately
• Familiarity with OSHA standards, PPE, machine safety, and chemical handling (preferred)
• Previous forklift experience or certification (preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (most or all of the shift)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, move, and work around production equipment and materials
• Ability to work safely with fragrance materials, liquid components, packaging supplies, and light manufacturing equipment

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts
