Location: Port St. Lucie, FL
Position: Full-Time Plumbing Apprentice
Pay: $20.00 – $27.00/hour (based on experience) + Overtime + End-of-Year Bonus

Responsibilities
- Assist with installing and repairing residential plumbing systems
- Support licensed plumbers with a variety of tasks
- Learn to read blueprints, diagrams, and plumbing schematics
- Assemble and disassemble piping and fixtures
- Help identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Provide professional, friendly customer service on every job
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with the dispatch and customer service teams
- Participate in company meetings, trainings, and mentorship
- Follow all plumbing codes and guidelines
- Represent the team with professionalism, reliability, and integrity
Required Experience
- 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Understanding of residential plumbing systems
- Prior training through SGI, PSI, Nexstar, or Contractors 2000 is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have own hand and power tools
- Valid Florida driver’s license with clean 3-year driving record (no exceptions)
- Proficient in math and writing
