Position Overview: We are seeking a polished and results-oriented Sales Consultant with a passion for design, craftsmanship, and luxury living to join our premier high-end home remodeling firm on Florida’s Treasure Coast. As the first point of contact for discerning clients, you will guide homeowners through personalized remodeling experiences—from concept to contract—delivering elegance, functionality, and value to their most important investment: their home.
This role is ideal for professionals with a background in luxury goods, real estate, custom interiors, or high-value sales, who excel in client engagement, needs discovery, and tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the trusted advisor for clients seeking high-end home renovations, additions, and custom remodeling projects.
• Conduct in-depth consultations in-home or in-showroom to understand client goals, design preferences, and functional requirements.
• Present conceptual designs, material selections, and solution-oriented remodeling options tailored to each client’s needs and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with the design, estimating, and production teams to deliver accurate project scopes and proposals.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, project status, and follow-ups using CRM and project management tools.
• Close sales with professionalism, transparency, and a focus on client satisfaction and long -term relationship building.
• Stay current on luxury design trends, finishes, construction methods, and permitting processes in the St. Lucie and Indian River County areas.
• Represent the brand at industry events, open houses, and showroom tours to attract and engage high-end clientele.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals through strategic pipeline development and follow-through.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in commissioned, consultative sales—preferably in luxury remodeling, design-build, custom cabinetry, interior design, or high-end real estate.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and educate clients on value-driven renovation solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities; capable of guiding clients through technical and aesthetic decisions.
• A creative mindset combined with business acumen—understanding construction timelines, budgets, and design principles.
• Self-motivated and organized, with a track record of managing multiple leads and maintaining detailed follow-up systems.
• Familiarity with remodeling processes, permitting, and residential building codes in Florida a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to accommodate client schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the treasure coast of FL.
