Temp Care Connections Representative
Location: Atlanta, GAAssignment Type: Temporary (60 days, extension possible)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (30-minute lunch)Pay Rate: $17/hr
OverviewAre client is seeking a call center agent to support a short-term outbound outreach initiative. In this role, agents will contact members to remind them of upcoming appointments using Five9 in a structured, high-volume call environment. This assignment requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to members to remind them of upcoming appointments
Utilize Five9 to manage and complete outbound call activities
Answer inbound calls as needed via an automated phone system
Accurately document member interactions and appointment-related details
Communicate clearly and professionally with members and internal teams
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, positive, and courteous demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of call center or outbound calling experience required
Experience in healthcare or appointment reminder campaigns preferred
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
Strong attendance record required (no more than 2 unscheduled absences and 3 unscheduled tardies)
