Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hogansville, GA, 30203. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial machinery, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of our facility. Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machines to ensure optimal performance.

Experience with maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in industrial setting.

Welding of mild steel

Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as wiring, and electronic components.

Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Conduct inspections and tests on machinery to identify potential problems before they escalate.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Ability to follow Programmable Logistic Controller (PLC) programming, troubleshooting issues using PLC diagnostics (i.e. Allen Bradley RS Logix 5000).

Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
- Strong mechnical aptitude with knowledge of electronics; PLCs and Servo motors
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and basic programming is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
