Since 2020, Liz Biagiotti has been an integral part of the Express Team, bringing more than 20 years of customer service experience and a proven dedication to exceeding client expectations. As Office Manager, she ensures daily operations run smoothly while fostering a supportive and welcoming environment for clients, associates, and the team.

A proud mother of three, Liz has called LaGrange home for most of her adult life. When she’s not at work, you’ll often find her on West Point Lake or in the kitchen. Cooking is her true passion—whether she’s preparing a meal or planning the next one.

Chriteria McCullough

Front Office Coordintaor

As Express Employment’s Front Office Coordinator, Chriteria is the first friendly face to welcome clients and associates. She takes pride in creating a positive first impression and supporting both the team and the individuals who walk through the door. She says what she loves most about her role is the people she works with and the impact she gets to make each day.

Chriteria is a graduate of Columbia Southern University, where she earned her degree in Criminal Justice. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her husband and their three children. One of her favorite guiding quotes is by Aristotle: “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.”

Justin Strayhorn

Regional Business Development Manager

Meet Justin! Originally from the Memphis, Tennessee area, Justin earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Organizational Communication from Murray State University. With decades of sales experience and a background teaching at the collegiate level, Justin brings a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and relationship building.

Justin joined Express in 2022 and has consistently been recognized as a top sales representative and Raptor Club member. Now serving as Regional Sales Manager, he works alongside multiple Ashcraft offices to build strong client partnerships and support continued growth across their markets.
