Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Automotive Assembly Technicians to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling automotive parts and components according to specifications, ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety in every step of the process.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble automotive components (mechanical, electrical, or structural) using hand and power tools

Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures

Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met

Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments during assembly

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Follow all company safety policies and quality control guidelines
Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive assembly, mechanical work, or manufacturing preferred

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or work instructions

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts as needed
