Job Full Description
A well-known, busy insurance firm seeks a full-time FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT for their growing team. When selected for this position, this team member will serve as the first impression for the company. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing multiple incoming phone lines, agent schedules, messages, payments, and excellent customer service. There is tremendous room for advancement with this position.
Front Office Assistant Requirements:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage multiple incoming phone lines
- Thrive in a busy environment
- Professional and prompt communication with clients and the inside team
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- $16/hr+ BOE
Front Office Assistant Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1+year office assistant/administrative experience
- 1+year experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Dependable and a team player
