Apartment Maintenance Technician
Located in Valdosta, GA
A local apartment complex is searching for a dependable Maintenance Technician to join its team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing service requests, performing general property repairs, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to all service calls within the property.

Perform repairs related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

Assist with apartment turnover and unit preparation.

Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Previous experience in property maintenance required.

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

HVAC certification/experience is a strong plus.

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
