Express is looking for a reliable Remodel Construction Cleanup Technician for one of our great Valdosta clients
JOB DESCRIPTION.
This role involves cleaning and preparing commercial property after remodeling or renovation work. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction sites and be familiar with safety protocols, tools, and materials used during post-construction cleanup.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday – Friday 10:00pm – 6:00 AM
- $16/hr
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction, renovation, or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of post-construction cleaning procedures and materials
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
- Basic understanding of cleaning agents and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
