Express Employment Professionals is looking for a FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR for our Valdosta office.
Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors and applicants in a positive, professional manner
- Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
- Administer skills evaluations and assist candidates with onboarding steps
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
- Provide administrative and operational support to the staffing team as needed
Schedule & Pay:
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
$16 per hour
Paid holidays and vacation after evaluation period
Front Office Coordinator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of face-to-face customer service experience AND
- 1+ years of office or business environment experience
- Experience operating a multi-line phone system
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Outlook, calendar management)
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Organized, process-driven work style
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
