Express Employment Professionals is looking for a PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for one of our great Valdosta clients.
Property Maintenance Technician Duties:
- Groundskeeping and general property upkeep
- Small appliance repair
- Repair and maintenance of locks, windows, and blinds
- Drywall installation, maintenance, and repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting (experience preferred)
Schedule & Pay:
- Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM
- Pay: $16/hr+ BOE
Property Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Ability to successfully pass a Maintenance Basic Skills Test
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited facility
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform physical job duties as required
