Express Employment Professionals is looking for a DATA ENTRY / CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK for one of our great Valdosta, GA warehouse clients.
Data Entry / Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and accurately enter orders
- Perform data entry with attention to detail
- Use computer systems efficiently, including ERP systems
- Answer phones using proper professional phone etiquette
- Professionally carry out all duties while maintaining excellent customer service
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- $15/hr to start or Based on Experience (BOE)
Data Entry / Customer Service Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous customer service and data entry experience
- Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Dependable, coachable, and professional
- Strong communication and organizational skills
