We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to join a plumbing and HVAC supply team. This role is split between warehouse operations and local route delivery using company box trucks. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
Driving / Delivery
- Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver materials to customers and job sites
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
- Load, secure, and unload products at delivery locations
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness
Warehouse Duties
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery routes
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
- Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
- Review pick tickets and ensure order accuracy
- Prepare and process outbound shipments (including FedEx)
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
Requirements
Driver Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (non-CDL position)
- DOT Medical Card required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Minimum 1 year of route-style driving experience preferred (industrial or similar setting)
- Experience operating 26-ft box trucks preferred
Warehouse Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Forklift experience preferred (sit-down forklift; training provided if needed)
Schedule & Pay
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
$14.00 per hour (Weekly pay)
