Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an Office Support professional for one of our Valdosta clients! This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Prepare reports, documents, and verify serial numbers
- Investigate shortages and discrepancies
- File and maintain organized records
- Greet visitors and clients professionally
- Handle inquiries and resolve basic issues
- Support daily operations to ensure efficiency
Schedule & Pay
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
$16.00 per hour (Weekly pay)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of administrative office experience required
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
