Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an entry-level logistics admin for a fulfillment company. Job duties include:
- Supporting multiple clients and successfully managing all of their shipping needs and expectations
- Answering client emails
- Processing and editing orders via email and over the phone
- Working within an inventory management system
- Solving problems for clients
- Assisting with processing distribution-related documents
- Order and inventory administration
- Assisting with various warehouse activities such as receiving, inventory control, and processing orders
Ideal candidate:
- Great customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Technically-oriented
- Very comfortable with Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based applications
- Desire to succeed, learn, and grow
Other details:
- May frequently handle packages that weigh up to 10 pounds
- Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
- Pay rate $16.50/hr.
- Position is temp to hire
