Job Full Description
Express Employment is seeking a mortgage loan processor for a company that provides funding for affordable housing. Job duties include:
- Verifying financial information and compiling documents to satisfy lender and regulatory guidelines
- Checking loan applications for errors and missing information
- Ordering and tracking third-party documents
- Preparing and delivering loan disclosures
- Assisting in coordinating the closing
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in loan processing
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Other details:
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Pay rate is $20-24/hr. DOE
- Position is at least three months in length with the potential to extend and possibly turn into a temp to hire opportunity based on company’s hiring needs
