Job Full Description
Express Employment is seeking an outbound customer service representative for a federal safety compliance company for the trucking industry. Job duties include:
- Making outbound calls to clients
- Assisting clients in setting up their government-required portal accounts
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience making outbound calls or in a call center setting is a plus
- Experience with government compliance requirements is a plus
Other details:
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
- Pay rate is $18/hr.
- Role is temporary and expected to be one month in length
