Job Full Description
Express Employment is seeking an accounts payable manager for an international agriculture company. Job duties include:
- Overseeing end-to-end A/P operations to resolve issues and improving processes
- Supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
- Leading the regional A/P team of 30 people
- Analyzing metrics and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Driving process improvements, internal compliance, and standardization across A/P workflows
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of vendor payments across all business units
- Driving operational excellence, process efficiencies, and continuous improvement across accounts payable
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable, including supervisory and leadership roles
- Strong understanding of A/P processes
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Other Details:
- Position is temporary and expected to go through end of December with possibility of extension
- Pay rate is $50-55/hr.
- Position is 100% onsite
